It has been his experience that few people want to retain a lawyer. Usually, something sudden has occurred, and a person finds him/herself charged with a crime, involved in an accident or having been denied their rights. At these critical times, you need personal attention from your attorney. The primary concerns of the client at this time are –

Can I afford an attorney and do I trust this attorney to provide the best possible legal services to me?

It has been the philosophy of Steven Jacoby, since he began practicing in 1974, to pay personal attention to each of his cases and clients. He has never lost track of the fact that each client’s case is the most important case to that person and he strives to fulfill that obligation.
